Does Airboard come with warranty?

Yes, all Airboard, accessory and parts orders come with a 12-month limited warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use.

Our warranty includes:

  • Repairs or replacement of defective parts.
  • Support for troubleshooting and technical issues.

    What exactly does my warranty cover?

    Your Airboard warranty provides coverage for:

    • Electronics malfunctions: Defects in the controller, charger, or related systems.
    What is not covered:
    • Damage from improper use, neglect, or accidents (e.g., collisions, water damage due to improper sealing).
    • Wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading from regular use.
    • Issues resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or non-Airborne accessories.

    What do I do in the event of my order being damaged in transit?

    If your Airboard order arrives damaged, please follow these steps to ensure a swift resolution:

    1. Inspect the package upon delivery: Check for any visible damage to the box or its contents before signing for the shipment.
    2. Document the damage: Take clear photos of the damaged package and the affected item(s).
    3. Retain all packaging materials: Keep the original box, packing materials, and product for inspection if required by the shipping carrier.
